Dr Kang Soon-Hock is an Associate Professor and Head, Behavioral Science Core, with the School of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is a sociologist who researches issues concerning the employment and employability of mature workers and its implications on society.
